Emeka Iweala is a Professor of Biochemistry and a past head of department of Biological Sciences at the Covenant University, Nigeria. He currently serves as the Director, Covenant University Centre for Research, Innovation and Discovery (CUCRID) and deputy director, Covenant Applied Informatics and Communication African Centre of Excellence (CApIC-ACE).
